Do work that matters.
Join the HAPii team.
HAPii brings together independent social workers, therapists, psychologists, and social care professionals who want to do meaningful, expert-led work with children and families — without losing the parts of practice that drew them to it in the first place.
Email admin@hapii.ieWhat Makes HAPii Different
We built HAPii around the kind of practice environment we always wanted to work in ourselves — collaborative, well-supported, and genuinely values-led.
Team Culture
A close, collaborative team rather than a network of isolated contractors — regular check-ins, peer support, and shared learning across cases.
Supervision & CPD
Regular clinical supervision built into every role, plus support and funding for ongoing training and specialisation.
Practice Management Support
Scheduling, admin, report templates, and case coordination are handled centrally, so your time goes into the work itself.
Flexibility
Flexible caseloads and hybrid working where appropriate — practice that respects your time as much as the families we serve.
Values
Child-centred, attachment-based, trauma-informed principles aren't a slogan here — they shape every referral we take on.
Professional Standards
Rigorous standards aligned with CORU, IASW, and relevant professional bodies, underpinned by a strong safeguarding culture.
Roles We'd Love to Hear From
We're not confined to a fixed list of job titles — if you work therapeutically or clinically with children and families, we want to hear from you.
This list isn't exhaustive. Whatever your title, if your practice is grounded in supporting children and families, we'd genuinely like to hear from you — even if you don't see your exact role listed above.
What We Look For
Qualified & Registered
A relevant professional qualification and registration with the appropriate body — CORU, IASW, or your profession's equivalent.
Experienced in Complex Work
Confidence working with complex family situations, trauma, and statutory involvement, without losing sight of the child at the centre.
Safeguarding Commitment
A genuine, demonstrated commitment to child safeguarding in every aspect of your practice.
Clear Communicator
The ability to write clear, evidence-based reports and communicate sensitively with families, courts, and professionals alike.
Trauma-Informed & Child-Centred
Practice genuinely grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed, child-centred principles — not just in name.
Driven by Purpose
Motivated by making a real difference in children's lives — not simply moving through a caseload.
