Training/Course bookings:

  • Cancellations up to 7 days before the start date: full refund

  • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund

  • No-shows: no refund unless in exceptional circumstances

Therapy or contact sessions:

  • 24 hours’ notice required for cancellation or rescheduling

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: full fee applies (unless waived at our discretion)
